Roland print guide
The concept behind the Roland Print Guide starts with examining the very idea of designing a guide. As designers, we use rules, language, and style to create a seemingly self-evident and coherent world. By visualizing these elements, we transform this illusion of coherence into something tangible for the public. Interestingly, the more successful this process is, the more it invites critical discourse.
This project was commissioned by Matt Martin, the Associate Director of Academic Computing at Pratt Institute. Together, we worked on rebranding the Digital Output Center. My work is currently displayed in the Pratt Institute Graduate COMD studio as a reference for students.
